We're seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to drive effective marketing campaigns and work closely with sales to boost our client's brand impact and growth.
Based in Liverpool, Sydney, NSW, this role is essential to their mission of innovation and expansion. About the RoleReporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines commercial insight with sales collaboration experience.
Key responsibilities include: Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multichannel campaigns to support product launches and enhance brand presence in alignment with sales strategies. Sales Collaboration: Work alongside sales teams on Go-To-Market plans, ensuring product and service offerings reach the right audience. CRM Optimization: Drive customer engagement through CRM tools that maximize sales potential and build stronger client relationships. Data-Driven Insights: Conduct market analysis and performance evaluations to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes. Brand Development: Strengthen brand presence on digital channels and contribute to customer loyalty programs, creating long-term connections. Key Qualifications Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3+ years in marketing, ideally within sales-driven environments. Skills: Proven content creation skills with SEO, social media expertise, and campaign management. Sales Mindset: Experience collaborating with sales teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
