Position Overview:
As a Commercial Leasing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business in assisting with acquiring and completing leasing transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the leasing executive and wider team with all responsibilities Update marketing materials, including advertising new listings Assist in negotiating and managing documentation for transactions and lease renewals Manage and maintain relationships with clients Perform additional ad hoc tasks as needed What We Offer:

Remuneration: $90,000 plus (dependent on experience) Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Previous experience within the Commercial Property or Real Estate industry is desirable.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail will ensure accuracy in lease agreements and documentation.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
