Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to develop and maintain effective systems and procedures that ensure Workplace Health and Safety issues are identified, evaluated, and controlled.
This role will focus on practical solutions that balance risk with compliance to relevant legislation.
Delivering continuous improvement strategies in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain WHS systems, procedures and risk registersAssist in creating and implementing WHS Plans and strategiesCollaborate with managers and supervisors to develop and review risk assessments and safe work instructions.Conduct on-site internal and supplier audits for Quality, WHS, Rail Safety, and Environmental aspects.Compile and analyze work incident statisticsReview and act on incident and Hazard Reports, providing actionable recommendations.Conduct workplace health and safety investigations using ICAM and prepare reports for management review.Facilitate WHS training and provide support for WHS programmesRequirements: In-depth knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act & Regulations, Standards, and Codes of Practice.Strong understanding of Quality, Safety & Environment management systems.Current Drivers Licence (Class C)Full Australian working rightsQualifications: Certificate IV in Work Health and SafetyInternal Auditing Certification (HSEQ Systems).ICAM Investigation Certification is advantageous What's in it for you?
