SA Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our exceptional healthcare team in a part-time, ongoing capacity.
This rewarding role is based in the Southern Fleurieu Health Service within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, servicing the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula region.
As a Physiotherapist Inpatients, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our inpatients.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to optimise patient recovery and promote overall well-being.
To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, along with current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Exceptional communication skills, a commitment to continuous professional development, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
