Finance Analyst - $50-52 per hourImmediate start, 2 month contractCBDManufacturing sector About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, reporting, and inventory management. Your expertise will support month-end processes, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.Perform detailed forecasting and reporting to track financial performance against targets.Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Manage AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Analyze cost structures and profitability to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost savings initiatives. About You:Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, preferably within the manufacturing sector.Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.Proficiency in inventory management and month-end processes.Advanced knowledge of AP and AR processes.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
