About the role
Binna Burra Mountain Lodge is seeking a full-time Conference Supervisor to join our team in Beechmont, QLD.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all conferences, events and functions hosted at our scenic mountain lodge.
This is a key position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and supervise the setup, delivery and pack down of all conference and event activities Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are exceeded Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement solutions promptly Ensure all conference spaces and equipment are well-maintained and presented to a high standard Monitor and report on event and conference performance metrics Work collaboratively with the wider Binna Burra team to deliver seamless hospitality experiences Working closely with the reception and reservation teams to be the point of contact for group check ins and departures What we're looking for
Several years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and the team Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to coordinate complex event logistics Experience in rostering, budgeting and reporting for conference and events operations Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations Relevant tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field What we offer
