We are looking for the best MSP-specialised Onsite IT professional in Sydney, to work within a high-profile client based in the CBD.

We understand the challenges of Onsite specialists and work with you and the client to make sure you still get the time and the best opportunity to train and grow.We seek the best clients for our team to work with as well as the best people to support our clients.We know that great Onsite professionals value different things to service desk people (for example) - daily variety, great customer relationships, the best tech stack, and new challenges.We find and retain the best: Best Service Desk, best Managers, best Project Engineers, best teamRole In this role, you will: Provide onsite technical support on a large customer's premises.Support servers, desktops, and applications within a Microsoft AD, AAD, and Exchange environment.Deliver support for Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure.Perform a wide variety of Level 1-3 support across many technologies.Occasionally work on project teams to deploy solutions for the customer.Work with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Outstanding communications ability, founded on the ability to speak fluent human being.Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles.Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP).An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.Experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion (Desired).First Focus' values are based around keeping everyone informed, aligned, supported, and rewarding performance.
