Amazon has an immediate opening for a lead IT Support for our amazing Brisbane CBD corporate office.
If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical challenges, this could be your chance to join our team.As our site lead IT Support Engineer, you will have sole responsibility for delivering end-user support, infrastructure management, and audiovisual assistance for the Brisbane Amazon community.
With Amazon returning to 5 days per week in office in Jan 2025, this will be a busy time.

Join our team and help shape the future of IT support at Amazon.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.- May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25lbs.- Some on-call responsibilities are required.- Occasional out of office hours required for urgent requests - Weekend, Evenings or Nights.
