And right now, it's a pretty exciting time to join us, as we transform into a stronger, more agile organisation focused on creating excellent customer & patient experiences, smarter ways of working, and building a great place to work.As a Pathology Collector Lead, you will be at the forefront of this as you mentor, guide and manage your team of Pathology Collectors to ensure they have the support & resources needed to provide quality care to their patients. Our pathology collectors are core to our business, as the friendly faces behind the first hello when a customer comes in to get a pathology test, and you will be leading from the front to ensure that your team, and customers have a positive experience.What You Will Be DoingAs Collection Lead, you will be reporting to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the management of a designated area of ACC (Accredited Collection Centre) sites and the coordination of day-to-day operations, as well as providing leadership to a team of pathology collectors, ensuring the delivery of a high standard of clinical and customer service. Using your exceptional leadership and relationship building skills, you will ensure that your team are placed in the right roles and are equipped to fulfill their roles to a high quality through regular check ins, ongoing support and managing training (working with our Collector Trainers).This role will ensure that designated (ACC) sites meet all People & Culture, Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and relevant accreditation standards.What Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Pathology Collector and will be a natural people leader, using your passion to develop, mentor and support your team to create a positive and meaningful team culture and enable them to provide quality patient care.
