This is for a Permanent Full Time or Fixed Term Full Time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Mental Health.
Responsible for the assessment, planning, case management, and delivery of clinical mental health care to complex clients of the Wheatbelt Region.
Provide a specialist clinical, consultant, and educational service to clients, carers, and primary health care providers.
Acts as a clinical resource for other team members.
