Kennedys is recruiting for an enthusiastic Associate with 2-4 PQE to join our dynamic, close-knit and team-orientated Healthcare practice, assisting with a mix of complex healthcare and medical malpractice files across a range of clients, including medical defence organisations (MDOs).
We are looking for a genuine team player, who can develop and maintain excellent client relationships by successfully executing marketing/business development and training activities.

CLIENTS: Medical defence organisationsMedical practitionersPrivate hospitalsMedical practicesAllied health professionalsCASES: HealthcareMedical malpractice WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Ideally 2+ years' of post-admission experience in defendant medical malpractice and healthcare work is preferredAlternatively, a defendant insurance background with a keen interest in developing a career in this specialist area would be considered highlyDemonstratable first rate legal/commercial knowledge with strong technical and research skills is essentialStrong drafting abilities with a natural flair for providing advice and negotiations in both straightforward and complex mattersRun own caseload under supervisionPlease let us know if you require any additional support or adjustments to be made in order to submit your application to Kennedys.
