Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager at our retail-ready facility in Burleigh Heads, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor who's driven to lead, inspire, and uphold the highest standards in meat processing. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that our retail-ready products consistently exceed quality expectations. If you're excited to make a direct impact, develop a dedicated team, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for youWhat You'll Do:Lead and Develop a Quality Team: Utilise your leadership skills to inspire and coach a team of QA professionals, fostering a high-performance culture where quality is always the top priority.Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Maintain our rigorous standards by applying your in-depth knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, Export regulations, and customer-related standards. Your commitment will help us exceed expectations, consistently delivering top-quality, safe products.Investigate and Resolve Issues: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to resolve quality issues swiftly and accurately, using a structured approach to problem-solving that gets to the heart of any challenge.Achieve Key Objectives: With a proven record of delivering on set objectives, you'll bring discipline and focus to ensure that we not only meet but surpass our quality and safety goals.Thrive in a High-Energy Environment: Adapt and excel in a fast-paced, retail-ready setting where no two days are the same.
