Technical Lead Fluid Power Hydrulics

The position:As the technical lead, you will be responsible for a variety of activities across the workshop and customer base.
The expectation is that you will be on the tools for around 45% of your time, either in the workshop or on-site.
You will support workshop and external trades staff with their technical needs, speak with and meet customers to better understand their needs, support the admin team in sourcing the correct components for projects, and prepare work estimation and job costings.
In addition, you will work with the CEO and Technical manager in further developing the workshop and supporting the customer base.
