The role is responsible for leading the Engineering and Drafting teams in both of our Canadian Offices managing approximately 50 staff.
Primero will provide you (and your family if applicable) with a full relocation package and visa.
This is a great opportunity for a professional engineer looking to grow their career and experience living in another country at the same time.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManning allocation, development and hiring of design resources in collaboration with the Discipline Managers.Continual development of design processes and procedures.Delegation of all projects to Project Design Managers.Maintenance and development of Client relationships.Ensure close out of all design non-conformances.
