We are looking for a highly motivated Manager who's mastered day-to-day client management with solid experience in compliance and understands team workflow and budgets.

You will oversee and work closely with the accounting business advisory team and assist with managing the team workflow whilst providing leadership in service delivery, innovation and planning to meet the firm's goals.
You will have the opportunity to : Work on A grade clientsUse your expertise to manage workflow and review workManage your own portfolio of clients, as well as interacting with the teamCoordinate and take point on client meetings, ensuring the client's needs always come firstProvide personalised, strategic advice and innovative solutions to support the client's needsAssist with developing team capability through succession planning, training and career developmentAbout you You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes :
2+ years Manager accounting experience in Public PracticeCapable of interacting and leading a team with an ability to build and foster strong relationshipsTechnical skills in relation to accounting, compliance and advisoryExperience with Xero, MYOB and ReckonA Can-Do, client focused attitudeDeadline driven with sharp attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamGreat at building rapport and trust with team members and clientsAbout Us Moore Australia (QLD / NNSW) is an independently owned and managed firm with 26 partners and over 220 team members across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
