The CampusThe OneSchool Global Illawarra Campus is in Darkes Forest, nestled amongst dense bushland and surrounded by rural properties.
The campus boasts wide open spaces and state of the art facilities.
Our learning spaces are vibrant and integrated with the latest educational technology to support the ability to teach in a future proof innovative space.
With a total of 149 students across both primary and secondary, the Campus offers that small school atmosphere.
The PositionOur welcoming Illawarra team is seeking a PDHPE or TAS / Food Tech Teacher to join them on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week).
Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will have a junior PDH / PE teaching qualification or experience or a TAS / Food technology qualification or experience.
An interest or experience in student wellbeing is highly desirable but not a requirement.
This role will see you working with Primary years when called upon, so an interest in working with Primary is desirable.
You will have an excellent understanding of the NSW Curriculum and Syllabus.
You must be a registered teacher by the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA), have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications, and hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
