About ThemThis large Australian organisation that manages a large operational workforce has an opportunity for an HR advisor to join the team for 7 months to support the HR team to deliver on workforce initiatives.
About The RoleYou will be providing support to the HR Business Partners who are involved with EBA projects and rolling out Workday across the organisation.
Your role will be to provide support on activities including:
Providing HR advice on organisational policy and proceduresInterpreting and advising on EBA queriesConducting investigations and case managementPreparing documentation and ensuring complianceThis role will be required to travel to different sites across the Hunter/Central coast regions, which will be reimbursed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:
Have solid experience in an HR Advisory role, including EBA interpretation and Employment Relations, ideally from an operational organisationPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide advice and guidance to both employees and managersHave a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethicHold a valid Drivers License and have your own carAbout ApplyingClick "Apply for this job" below to apply for this role.
