As part of our growth, we're recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our Parramatta team.

This role is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and ongoing, based exclusively from our Parramatta office. About The Role As the People and Culture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources within the organisation.
You will provide expert support and guidance to both managers and staff across the business, managing key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture that supports managers in meeting organisational goals while developing strategies to enhance employee experience and drive overall performance.
The role will look like this: Manage end-to-end recruitment, supporting hiring managers in the business, from drafting job descriptions and advertising roles to managing selection process. Lead onboarding and induction processes Act as a trusted advisor to staff and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Oversee and manage a performance management processes Support management in setting clear performance goals and facilitating achievement of those goals through training and development program and/or systems. Review and develop HR policies, ensuring policies and procedures comply with the relevant legislation Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Analyse and report on HR metrics to senior management Champion organisational culture within the workplace, promoting a fun and collaborative environment, where people can be themselves, while upholding professional standards and organisational performance. Provide guidance on salary benchmarking, promotions, and employee recognition initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's benefits offerings, suggesting improvements where needed. You'll need to have: Minimum 3-5 years in a generalist HR role, with a demonstrated background in handling complex HR matters Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related field The right to live and work in Australia Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation, industrial relations and Aged Care requirements. Proven ability to manage HR projects from concept through to execution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism A genuine understanding and interest in working within a small to medium fast paced and proactive business environment A hands on approach with excellent problem solving and decision making abilities What's in it for you?
