About the role Reporting to the Executive – People and Culture, you will lead the operational Human Resources (HR) business functions to achieve strategic outcomes.
Through partnering with the Executive and Leadership team, you will provide advice to leaders, influence key business outcomes and drive strong leadership capability in the organisation.
The Key People outcomes include: Lead and develop the capability of the recruitment and human resources teams Take ownership of Human Resource systems and processes to culturally embed best practice and efficiencies across the HR lifecycle Partner with Executive and leaders to build organisational capability Capture, report and present HR related data for informed decision making Partner, manage and advise leadership on industrial relations matters Lead recruitment and selection processes Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business strategy Benefits of working for our client: Meaningful work is one of the top 3 reasons why people leave their roles for another and as the HR Manager you have the opportunity use your People talents to make a direct impact on the lives of people with disability.
