Overview
Lords Group is seeking an ambitious and highly passionate Human Resources Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving our People and Business Strategy, building the Human Resources team in line with the organisation's growth trajectory, and supporting the business through its next phase of growth and expansion.
You will be responsible for the HR function in its entirety, strategic cultural projects, engagement, and system implementations and conformance whilst also taking a hands-on approach managing day-to-day HR-related operations, team leadership, and partners.
Responsibilities Include
Manage the HR function in its entirety.
Work alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager to create a seamless transition from recruitment process through onboarding.
Lead the training and development of our team and management, fostering a culture of continual learning and improvement within the business.
Interpret relevant acts, regulations, awards, industrial agreements, and legislation relevant to HR to provide pragmatic, reliable advice that supports best practices.
Ensure compliance across all HR policies, processes, management systems, and infrastructure.
Lead the annual performance review process, including preparation and collation of communications, documentation, feedback, outcomes, benchmarking, and the renumeration reviews process.
Manage all aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding to ensure effective, efficient, and positive employee experience.
Produce accurate HR reporting, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Management for improvement.
Utilise HR metrics to assist Senior Management in making informed business decisions regarding the business and its workforce.
Advise and coach leaders on complex employee relations matters, change management, capability development, and workforce planning.
Identify and drive key initiatives to build and embed leadership capability and behaviours across the business.
Create and deliver engagement strategies for the workforce that drive a positive and high performing culture.
Work closely with cross-functional teams on key initiatives and projects to continually improve Lords Group culture.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as required.
