Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Company.

Responsibilities will include: Manage approval of timesheets. Create and maintain all employee records and files in Employment Hero. Conduct hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Answer phone and e-mail inquiries. Assist with scheduling for Building Managers, Concierge and Cleaners via Employment Hero. Performance Management Policy Development. Workforce Planning. Qualifications Qualification in Human Resources management (others are not excluded). Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word. A strong administrative background. An appreciation of customer service. You will be process driven, outcome orientated, and have a high level of attention to detail. Proven experience in a generalist HR role. Previous experience in the strata industry is a plus. Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to influence and motivate others. Additional Information Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia, and being successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to present your Police Check.
