COMPANY STORE MANAGER – KNOX or HAWTHORN
Lead a passionate, fun-loving team.
Company Store role.
Family Culture.
Attractive salary $64k - 74k plus Super.
38 hours a week, weekdays and weekend.
For over a century, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse has been creating food for people to fall in love with.
Our brands exist to make people smile and we delight in serving up little moments of joy for all the family.
We are now seeking accomplished, energetic people to take the lead and manage our Company stores located in
Knox
or
Hawthorn .
You will need to be someone that is passionate about creating a team culture, lives and breathes exceptional customer service, and is driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally retail food.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels.
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness, and Speed Standards.
Driving and achieving top-line profitability and managing costs by bringing a commercial mindset to the operations of the store.
Building a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by training and coaching team members.
Ensuring your team delivers unbeatable customer experiences turning transactions into personal interactions.
Maintaining operational excellence and efficient store systems.
Effective rostering to ensure Right People, Right Place, Right Time.
Promoting a fresh food and coffee culture to your customers.
BAKE THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required.
Full barista training is available for this role.
