The Role Grow Athena's share of the residential mortgage market by contacting and converting prospective customers.
Understand customers' financial goals and objectives and offer suitable lending solutions.
Deliver exceptional levels of service aligned to Athena's passion for customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the application process.
Generate extra business by identifying further sales opportunities.
Prioritise leads considering customer timeframes and propensity.
Resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
Who are we looking for?
Experience in selling Home Loans over the phone.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing a pipeline of customers.
Passion for customers.
Professional, organised, able to work autonomously.
Driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Enjoys learning new things and welcomes change.
High level of attention to detail.
