BENEFITS OF JOINING THEIRCARE: Up to 95% discount on enrolment fees with TheirCare.Extensive and ongoing training to support your career growth.Up to $3500 of allowances annuallyAccess to Employee Assistance Program.Traineeship opportunities available- earn while you learn.Employee Benefits, Rewards & Recognition Program.Split shifts and flexible administration hours to support work life balance.Receive support from your Area Manager and the Head Office team.Be part of an energetic and dynamic community of educators and enjoy the fun, supportive atmosphere that TheirCare has to offer ABOUT THE ROLE: Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.Create engaging programs with industry leading programming toolsBe the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.Hours: 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hoursMonday to Friday- no weekend work ABOUT YOU: You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
