Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management.
Experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and property management.
Proven track record of successful property investments.
Experience with commercial real estate is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
Real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
About the Role:
Your role is to provide professional advice and guidance to our members regarding investing in property.
You will analyze market trends, assess potential risks and returns of different investment opportunities, and develop strategies for maximizing investment returns.

Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face and Zoom sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan.
Liaise with our investment lending team.
Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable properties based on their portfolio plan.
Manage a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process.
Ensure a positive end-to-end member experience.
Generate new prospects from referrals.

Proficient with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
