With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 350 employees.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a Production Supervisor of our new Packing Facility to commence work with us in January 2025. This is a full-time role perfect for someone wanting to join our busy, growing, and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality and timeliness of customer orders meets expectations.
What does a day in this role look like? Management of a group of dedicated team members on the lineManaging their hours & performanceCoaching and development of the team in their career growthOn the line troubleshooting and problem solvingEnsuring good quality in packing of our fresh produceDriving the team to support them to reach the targets of the teamWhat you will bring: High attention to detailPrevious experience in machinery operationSuccess and progress drivenPrevious experience in a similar capacityProven and sound experience in leading a teamThis role will suit someone who is passionate about being successful and growing within the business as Flavorite are proud to help train our teams to further their careers within the business
