At ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in the development of their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills.

A collaborative service model where there are no billables giving you lots of time to spend on the extras that help them to achieve their therapy goals; Over 40 hrs of rostered annual CPD hours per year which includes monthly in-house training, daily team collaboration time, national and state clinical meetings, paid professional development leave and your own professional development allowance; Up to 12 weeks annual leave per year with our additional leave program; The opportunity to work in a national multi-disciplinary team and exchange ideas, collaborate on treatment plans and provide a holistic approach for our clients; Perkbox perks with reduced prices and benefits from groceries to movie tickets; Flexible working hours to suit your life and family; Generous paid parental leave. The opportunity: Join a multi-disciplinary team providing therapy in a variety of locations with a diverse paediatric caseload – every day is something new and different; Work with four clients per day - have more time to spend with your clients and the freedom to follow up, communicate and collaborate on everything needed to achieve their goals; Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy including a variety assessments and therapy modalities, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff; Meet our mascot Basil the Goat and see we really live our values where fun is at the heart of our clinic culture.
Join us for lunches, awards nights, dress up competitions, conference days and if you have a question you can 'Ask the Goat'. What do you need to join? Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and full, current SPA registration; Experience as a Speech Pathologist in a disability setting; We welcome applicants who are new grads, early career or have ambition in developing, coaching and mentoring other therapists and/or students; A desire to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with other allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists; Compliance – SPA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training; Driver's License & Vehicle for work.
