Regional Care Manager - Aged Care (Brisbane to Coffs)
Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment has partnered with a well-established aged care organisation that is looking for a new Regional Care Manager to join and lead the Care teamYou will oversee a number of facilities stretching from South Brisbane to Coffs Harbour and work very closely with supportive and dedicated General Managers.
The position will suit a well-versed Care Manager looking for a new challenge who has prior Care Manager expertiseThe organisation covers all accommodation, meal, and travel expenses.
You must be prepared to travel and be comfortable with occasionally being away from home for a week or longer.The RoleAs the Regional Care Manager, you will work closely with General Managers.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of person-centered care, providing education to staff, and improving processes.
Ultimately, ensuring the residents are at the heart of what you do.
You will lead a team of carers and nurses to create a collaborative working environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will utilise your clinical skills while adhering to aged care quality standards and combine your business operational skills to ensure the facility runs seamlessly.
Ultimately, you will ensure a safe environment within the facilities and strive to improve the residents' quality of lifeSkills & ExperienceAHPRA registrationMust be onshore in Australia currently with full working rights (PR, Citizen, Partner VISA, 417 working holiday, 500 student or 485 graduates)Excellent communication skills both written and verbalA keen eye for problem-solving and providing effective solutions under pressureManaging workloads within AN-ACC funding levels (care minutes)Knowledge of ACFI and budgetingAbility to delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities commensurate with the skill mix on every shiftAbility to train staff and provide educationWhat's on OfferLucrative hourly rate of $60 an hour + superannuationAccommodation, meals, and travel expenses providedFantastic career progression opportunities into executive-level management rolesGreat working hours and flexibilityApply NowSubmit your application by clicking the " Apply Now " button or for more information please reach out to
