Yong offers one-stop services in residential and commercial sales, leasing, management, development site selling, project marketing, investment selling, construction, and property development services.
Each agent specialises in a specific area.
We have a large supporting team here at Yong & BESTTA Group at our headquarters, Pacific Centre, developed by Peter Huang in Sunnybank Hills, to support you, including a full-time IT manager, Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and more.
The team is led by the legendary Peter Huang, the Author of three books, including "3 in 1, No or Little Money Down." He started his journey with $100 in Australia in 1991, and the completion value of the development sites alone he personally invested in is worth around $2b.
At Yong, our experienced admin and management team support you daily with weekly mentoring by Peter personally during his coaching sessions, so you are not on your own.
You can also join his super team as an associate or co-agent to leverage Peter's immense skills and contacts to fast-track your career.
Experienced and competent real estate agents on a commission basis or fully licensed contractors with or without experience (who have completed 19 modules) will be more favourably considered to run your business within a business as an in-house franchisee, EBU-effective business unit or independent franchise so you could be a multi-million dollar fee producer.
