Our expert onsite management team is responsible for the day-to-day management of Ingenia Rental Eight Mile Plains and will happily assist you to make your stay all the more comfortable.About the RoleMaintain the appearance of the site's gardens and hedges and attend to repairs and maintenance issues to maintain the appearance of the site.
Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position.ResponsibilitiesAs Grounds and Maintenance Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:Administer all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machineryRegularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities, including fixing toilets and unhinged doorsEnsure the site is maintained and presented at a high standard at all timesGarden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing to be completed in a timely manner and of high-quality conditionEnsure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipmentOther tasks including emptying rubbish bins, pool maintenance, and garden restorationAbout YouPrevious experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position'C' Class Driver's LicenceAbility to work with limited supervisionGreat customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAvailability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating rosterIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please apply and submit your resume.Please note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be residing in Australia at the time of application.
