Monadelphous is seeking a Lead Project Engineer (SMP) to join our high performing Maintenance & Industrial Services team working on a newly awarded multidisciplinary project in WA.
There is a FIFO 5/2 4/3 roster on offer with attractive salary packages and site uplifts.

FIFO from Perth, WA 5:2/4:3 Rosters on offer so you can be home every weekend On the job mentoring and coaching Internal transfer and secondment opportunities within the business Permanent opportunity with yearly salary reviews Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the project team, demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.
Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.
Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance.
Foster and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
What you'll bring: At least 5 years experience in project management Previous on-site experience Ideally experience in a multi-disciplinary, brownfield's and turnkey projects Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills Previous experience within a construction of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects is highly beneficial Proof of right to work in Australia Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
