Monadelphous is seeking a Lead Project Engineer (SMP) to join our high performing Maintenance & Industrial Services team working on a newly awarded multidisciplinary project in WA.
There is a FIFO 5/2 4/3 roster on offer with attractive salary packages and site uplifts.

FIFO from Perth, WA5:2/4:3 Rosters on offer so you can be home every weekendOn the job mentoring and coachingInternal transfer and secondment opportunities within the businessPermanent opportunity with yearly salary reviewsKey Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to the project team, demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance.Foster and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.What you'll bring:At least 5 years experience in project managementPrevious on-site experienceIdeally experience in a multi-disciplinary, brownfield's and turnkey projectsStrong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skillsPrevious experience within a construction of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects is highly beneficialProof of right to work in AustraliaLife at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
