That's refreshing. The Senior Change Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding our leaders and people to ensure that upcoming change initiatives are not just an 'event' but embedded in our ways of working and delivered in alignment with AusNet's change management framework and people processes.
A key focus of this role is building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as the Project Team, subject matter experts, Enterprise Change Management Team and Communication Team, to ensure our employees, leaders, and people adapt to the changes to improve the way we operate.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys contributing at various levels of an organisation, loves delivering outcomes, and embodies a flexible, 'can-do' mindset.
With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH),this role is based in Southbank and is part of the People Enablement team, within People & Safety. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Desirable Change Management Qualification and or trainingProven experience in transformational or complex change management environments in various sectors, Digital is highly desirable.Strong process experience and ability to develop bite-sized learningAbility to prioritise and coordinate multiple competing activities and a strong ability to work with ambiguity.Strong written and verbal communication experience.Ability to liaise cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders.You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Desirable Change Management Qualification and or trainingProven experience in transformational change management in various sectors however Digital is highly desirableDemonstrated stakeholder management and engagement to all organisational levels.Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple competing activities and a strong ability to work with ambiguity.Strong written and verbal communication experience.Ability to liaise cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders.Working understanding of HR processes desirable.A real place to belong.
