Your role as an Advisor Social Impact will involve: Support the implementation of the sustainability strategy and broader strategic objectivesDevelop and support the implementation of the social pillar as part of our sustainability strategy and frameworkProvide strategic and technical advice to the businessDevelop appropriate social performance policies and trainingCoordinate the Sustainability & Environment Employee Resource Group and other relevant forumsMaintain and support the implementation of the Sustainability stakeholder communication and engagement planExperience: Tertiary qualification in social performance or relevant discipline3-5 years in Sustainability and/or social performance positionStrong track record in delivering social actions and outcomesDemonstrated experience with sustainability reporting standardsProven ability to work autonomously and manage project timelinesIt's easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don't see yourself as the perfect fit.
