We achieve this by providing the highest standard of aged care at all times which is delivered with honesty, warmth and respect.We currently have an opportunity for an energetic Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to join us on a Permanent Full time basis at our Ascot Waters Home.About the Role:With the evolving needs of our residents we are looking to strengthen and build on our Lifestyle program.
This role will need to deliver on a comprehensive lifestyle program with the primary focus being our residents.
The role will work closely with the team but in particular our Lifestyle, Catering staff and Customer Service Officer with strong guidance from the Facility Manager.ResponsibilitiesUndertake comprehensive lifestyle review of each residentAbility to write care plans for individual residents on lifestyleAble to lead a team of lifestyle staff to enhance the program for residents.Flexibility of hours to ensure a coverage of lifestyle activities 7 days a week, evenings also.Strong ability to utilise community support programs.End of month reporting data analysis of the lifestyle programCollation of surveys and audits of the activity programProvision of education and support to lifestyle staffWhat You'll Bring:Previous experience in implementing lifestyle programs catering to specific needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work across changing work hoursA minimum of a Certificate-III in Leisure and LifestyleExperience with the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is idealAn engaging personality that contributes to our teamPrevious experience in the Aged Care IndustryCurrent NDIS check clearance (or willing to obtain)Proof of Work rights in AustraliaProof of COVID & flu vaccination certificateCulture and BenefitsLearning & development.
