We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Marketing Co-Ordinator to help elevate our portfolio of brands and strengthen our market presence.

The Role: As the Senior Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will be instrumental in developing and managing marketing activities for our wholesale database.

Primary responsibilities:
Marketing Activities Development: Drive the strategic marketing direction for our portfolio of brands through innovative campaigns, initiatives, and in-store activations, ensuring alignment with the annual Marketing Plan.
Annual Marketing Plan Presentation: Develop and present a comprehensive Annual Marketing Plan to global brand stakeholders, outlining our vision and objectives for the upcoming year.
Press Release and Digital Communications: Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases for new product launches and manage digital and social media communications across our client database and e-commerce platforms.
This includes coordinating monthly EDM campaigns, ensuring they align with brand and sales strategies.
Events and PR Management: Plan and implement brand activations and events, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
Manage PR campaigns, media outreach, and content creation, with a strong focus on devising and implementing a cohesive social media voice across all platforms to effectively engage our audience.
Client Engagement: Develop and nurture key relationships with our wholesale clients, collaborating to ensure our brands are effectively showcased in their retail spaces.
Support clients with marketing and brand-related queries.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyse historical data to identify target clients and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate potential new clients and projects, while also creating budgets and proposing marketing spends based on sales data insights.
Skillset: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong written, communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Beauty & Cosmetics industry or in PR/Media/Agency sectors.
Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A forward-thinking attitude and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members is a plus.
A helpful demeanour with flexibility to pivot based on the day-to-day needs of the business.
