We are seeking a Functions Coordinator who excels in building client relationships and coordinating everything from corporate functions to specialty events.
If you're a detail-oriented, creative problem solver with a flair for event management, this is the role for you

The successful applicant will be someone with the experience and versatility to work within all food & beverage departments of the organisation and work across a roster aligned with functions & events during the week, nights & weekends.
This is a role for a person who can wear many hats.
Someone with drive, attention to detail and, above all, passion to create amazing experiences for our customers.

The Role:
• Liaising with both internal and external customers to ensure the planning, delivery and execution of functions and events meets both the customers and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee a diverse range of events, including corporate meetings, training sessions, networking functions, celebrations and specialty events.
Be available to work across 7 days and commit to attending every event.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
Plan, organize, and manage event logistics from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
Tackle unexpected challenges with quick and effective solutions.
Develop creative and engaging event concepts.
Market and promote events to attract new business.
Maintain exemplary attention to detail and organization.
Manage your time productively to balance multiple projects.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, vendors, and team members.
Foster a friendly, personable, and 'can-do' attitude in all interactions.

Professionally polished with attention to the small details.
A flair for creativity, with experience in marketing and promoting events.
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle logistics.
