Obligation management, program compliance reporting and monitoring, regulatory interactions, and assistance with privacy incident and breach management is also part of the Privacy Manager role.Providing specialist advice and support on privacy compliance to all business divisions and support the divisions in the completion of privacy impact and risk assessments for a broad range of privacy-related activities.Providing support to the Privacy Champions network across all business divisions and in developing and managing regular network events, materials, and activities.Promoting privacy compliance across the business by developing materials, conducting awareness sessions and workshops about our obligation and risk management activities.Assisting the data privacy officer (DPO) in managing strategic activities and privacy stakeholder relationships, including with Group Privacy and the relevant privacy regulators including the OAIC.About you:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and demonstrated experience in developing and managing a Privacy Compliance Program and in uplifting organisational privacy.Significant experience in senior privacy risk and/or compliance role, particularly if acquired in a complex financial service institution.A strong understanding of internal governance and risk management, including a detailed understanding of privacy obligations, controls, and risk management.Ability to analyse and interpret complex information from a broad range of sources, including legislation and regulatory findings and express that information in a clear and impactful way.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, influence, and the ability to lead and grow with the team.Professional industry qualification such as Certified Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Certified Privacy Manager (CIPM) will be positively regarded but not a must.What's on offer:Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.Insurance products, deals and discounts across a great range of retail, tech, and travel brands, and offers for health and well-being.Initiatives to support your financial wellness through selected discounted Allianz insurance products, superannuation matching, salary sacrificing, novated leasing and our referral bonus scheme.The opportunity to take part in our Employee Share Purchase Program - own a piece of your employer.About Allianz: At Allianz, we care about everything that makes you, you.
