The roleAre you a qualified and experienced mechanic looking for an exciting opportunity to provide roadside assistance to customers?
Autocare Australia pty ltd is seeking a full-time Roadside Assistance Mechanic to join our team in Sydney, NSW.What you'll be doingResponding promptly to customer callouts and performing minor vehicle repairs and maintenance at the roadsideAssessing vehicle issues and providing temporary fixes or arranging towing services as neededMaintaining a fully stocked and organised service van to ensure you have the necessary tools and parts on handProviding excellent customer service and serving as the face of our companyEnsuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standardsAdhering to all company policies, procedures and safety regulationsWhat we're looking forRelevant trade qualification or equivalent experience as a mechanicProven experience in roadside assistance or mobile automotive repairStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service orientation and communication abilitiesA valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicleFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhat we offerAt Autocare Australia pty ltd, we're committed to the wellbeing and development of our team.
