About the role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management As the Property Manager, you will:
Lease and capital project management – minor works, fit outs, property market evaluations, lease negotiations etc. Create business cases/project briefs for capital projects. National property operations management and team leadership. Accountable for the delivery and quality of various office support services for all PWM sites including front of house and exceptional client experience. Financial management of Property operational and project budgets. Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and service suppliers. Be the main point of contact and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to supply and deliver materials and/or scheduled works. About you We're looking for someone with:
5 years or more Property industry experience in a similar role. Property or Facilities management in a corporate environment essential. Experience with managing and negotiating property leases. Experience with delivering office fit outs and/or activity-based working projects within a corporate environment. Knowledge of property and facility operations. Knowledge of WHS in the office, ensuring WHS and compliance obligations are met for all sites and services including fire, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical. Strong leadership and superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage operating and capital budgets.
