We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and people-focused team at BAMITS.
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our client base and promoting the adoption of our BAMITS technology solutions.

Responsibilities Building and Nurturing Client Relationships: You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting them with our suite of managed services, cyber security, cloud, consulting and IT infrastructure technical solutions.
Driving New Business: As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities through networking, leads, and marketing efforts.
You will work proactively to identify and engage potential clients.
Collaborating with Technical Staff: You will collaborate with technical teams and customer success managers to ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience.
Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in presenting our solutions.
Sales Cycle Management: From lead generation to client adoption, you will manage the entire sales cycle efficiently, meeting specific time frames and delivering results.
Effective Communication: You will excel in both written and in-person communication, delivering persuasive presentations and clearly conveying the value of our services to potential clients Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably with domain knowledge in the IT industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales and account management with a strong customer focus.
Excellent presentation, communication, and solution selling skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about technology.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Keenness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and applications.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency and a valid Australian driver's license.
Proven track record in IT industry-related business development or sales, particularly in managed services.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
