We are currently seeking a Corporate Reception Supervisor to join our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients.
You will be providing exceptional high-level receptionist services.
Key duties
Supporting the site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the guest services department Ensuring established procedures are exceeded and registrations with regards to both expected and unexpected arrivals Booking meeting rooms and facilitating booking updates as required Ensuring all staff are meeting standards with emails, intranet, and phone enquiries Managing and documenting client feedback The Person
At least 2+ years experience in a comparable supervisory reception/client service role Excellent communication skills with impeccable personal presentation Exceptional time management and organisational skills Advanced administration skills Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality **Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check will be completed prior to starting, therefore full-time working rights and either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement**
