The Company They are a privately owned multi-disciplined engineering consultancy that's been operating in the Brisbane market for 25+ years and pride themselves on solid relationships with loyal clients.
They specialize in developing sustainable building services solutions from concept to completion and possess a vast portfolio of projects, including education, healthcare, government, residential, and commercial sectors.
The Role This well-respected firm is enjoying consistent growth, which has created the need to expand its Electrical Services offering and seek an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Brisbane-based operations as Team Leader.
This role is aimed at an ambitious and driven Electrical Engineer who wants to make a difference.
You will work alongside an existing team of seasoned professionals, independently managing challenging projects from inception to completion while fostering strong relationships with clients.
The Responsibilities Carrying out Electrical Engineering assignments from project start to finish Ensure tasks are completed to an exceptional standard Commitment to carrying out work in accordance with specific Australian codes & standards, and procedures Manage assigned tasks to meet project needs and proactively work with other team members to ensure that project goals are met Ensure all interfaces are identified and managed in the execution of all projects Ensure costs and timeframes are effectively controlled Attend site inspections and client meetings Provide detailed designs of Electrical Services The Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 7+ years of experience in a Building Services environment as an Electrical Engineer Design & analysis of electrical, power, lighting, communications, security, and data services In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes and standards Excellent communication skills, especially client-facing Team player and personable Advanced technical skills The Rewards Team Leadership role within the Electrical Services division.
Salary packages will be sculpted around the individual and commensurate with skills and experience.
