About the Role
As a Product Development Specialist , you'll play a vital role in creating and refining beverage formulations, supporting quality and compliance, and driving innovation from concept to commercialisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare laboratory-scale beverage samples and develop effective product development pathways.
Perform technical administration, including recipe amendments and documentation.
Support interdepartmental projects in new product commercialisation.
Design and conduct experiments for consumer and sensory research.
Provide production support in quality areas as needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience : 2–4 years in a beverage development role, ideally within beverage manufacturing or flavour houses.
Education : Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology or a related field.
Skills :Strong numerical and communication skills.
Basic to intermediate project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
