Motor Vehicle Sales Manager

MOTOR VEHICLE SALES MANAGER - Blacktown MazdaWest End Motor Group is looking for an experienced New Car Retail Sales Manager expert to join us as a Sales Manager.
Come join our highly successful sales team at our Blacktown Mazda Dealership.
You must have experience in a face-to-face Car Sales Manager role, leading and motivating a team.
You will also have experience delivering sales results to volume & gross targets; working as part of a proactive team; & providing exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can:
Handle employment lifecycle matters such as recruitment, coaching and monitoring performance, addressing underperformance; leave processes, paysheet preparation.Follow up and complete sales.Assist sales staff in meeting monthly goals and objectives.Monitor stock.Accurately report on sales.Ensure all documentation is maintained.Ensure follow-up of all potential buyers.Have a focused and proven track record on achieving annual operating budgets.Understand and adhere to all applicable legislation as well as Company policies and procedures.Ensure effective communication within the department interdepartmentally and externally.Foster and actively promote a safe work environment and handle any matters as a priority.Assist in advertising campaigns.Attend and present at Management and other meetings as well as run meetings in the department.Perform other duties as required.A generous package commensurate with level of experience, consisting of retainer, maintained company car, fuel, and an excellent commission structure.
You must be able to work weekends, on an 11-day per fortnight roster.
