New Vehicle Sales Manager

Waverley Toyota is currently seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join and lead our sales team at our Waverley dealership
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management of the New Car Sales Department, ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and it will be up to you to ensure that good employee and client relations are maintained whilst operating within ethical guidelines.
This role is suited to a motivated and driven Automotive-experienced individual who is passionate about customer service and leading a high-performing team.
About the role: Motivate and lead the sales team Establish and manage sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs.
