Lead Transformative Change in a Customer-Focused EnvironmentWe are working with a forward-thinking organisation where customer experience is at the heart of their operations.
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in managing change within call centre projects to drive the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
About the Role:As Change Manager, you will lead the change management strategy for a key initiative impacting customer-facing teams.
You will be responsible for guiding teams through process, systems and behavioural changes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead change management activities for projects impacting frontline teams, ensuring effective adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviours.Develop and implement tailored change management strategies that align with business objectives and project goals.Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to ensure that employees understand new systems and are equipped to use them effectively.Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across teams.Analyse change impacts, assess readiness for change, and develop strategies to drive successful outcomes.Provide coaching to project teams and leaders on integrating change management practices into project delivery.Skills and Experience: Call centre project experience is essential—ideally, you will have managed change within call centre environments where process and system changes were introduced to enhance customer experience.Proven ability to lead change management for high-impact projects.Strong understanding of behavioural science and how to apply it to drive meaningful behaviour change in employees.Experience in designing and delivering training programs.Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders and project teams to ensure change is adopted successfully.Strong communication skills.Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field are highly desirable.Prosci Certified Practitioner qualification is a plus.Why This Role?This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in driving significant, high-impact change across a customer-focused organisation.
