The 5 star hotel at Sydney Airport brings contemporary style and functional design with a smart open layout and 229 rooms and suites.
The hotel offers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise.
Job Description We are looking for the right person to join the team, someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us as the hotel welcomes our corporate & leisure guests.
What you will be doing: Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemQualifications Guest focused personality is essentialPrior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferredStrong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesValid Australian working rightsThis is a part-time 3 days in a week role.
Availability on Saturday is required and there is flexibility around the rest of the two weekdays.
