The Role PHSA is seeking Rehabilitation Consultants (OT, EP, Physio) to deliver assessment, intervention, and case management services to clientele across varying schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance.
Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities: Perform single service assessments Functional capacity assessments Worksite assessments Ergonomic assessments Return to work case management Manual handling training Pre-employment assessments Requirements: Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting highly desirable Have a current driver's licence and motor vehicle PHSA offers flexibility and autonomy in the role with the opportunity for career advancement in combination with a comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring program.
WFH flexibility when not travelling for appointments.
