Role Opportunity
As the National Director Resources, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the capability in the resources, focusing on mine-to-port infrastructure, non-process infrastructure, and supporting facilities.
This position combines strategic vision, business development, team leadership, and operational oversight.

Essential Qualifications and Skills Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Over 15 years of experience in the resources sector, with senior leadership experience in consulting engineering.Strong knowledge of mine-to-port infrastructure, NPI development, and mine planning.Demonstrated expertise in business development, with established client and supply chain relationships.Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a road map to establish a robust, sustainable business unit.Business Development: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and supply chains to secure projects and build a pipeline of work.Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineering and project delivery professionals.Operational Excellence: Oversee financial performance, resource allocation, and quality assurance to meet client and company expectations.P&L Responsibility: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability to drive consistent growth and long-term sustainability.
